We are a boutique commercial real estate firm that specializes in the development and management of our own properties in the Pacific Northwest.   Our portfolio of self managed properties include office, warehouses, retail, self-storage, multi-family, and hospitality.  We were founded as a real estate brokerage in the early 90's and over time morphed to become our own best customer, developing, leasing, and managing our own creations.
